We contracted Mr. Roof to put a new roof on our house and a rubber roof on our patio roof. They showed up on time and stayed until they got the job done. about 13 hours. The men were very professional and polite. They did a very good job of cleaning up and putting things back. when a problem was found they took pictures and showed us before they continued. They sent out some one to check and inspect the job, also. We are very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

Big Shout out to Chris S**** our Roofing Specialist! He was wonderful from start to finsh. Upon first meeting Chris we felt like we were doing business with a close friend. He never made us feel pressured but instead was very patient with ALL of our questions and concerns. He also was able to offer us opions and suggestions for work to be done at a later time. We bought a new construction house 3 years ago with cheap 3 tab shingles installed by **********************. After winds blowing shingles off 6 times in 3 years and no callback after the 6th time, we decided to call Mr. Roof. The rep they sent out the next day went up on our roof and nailed temporary plastic sheeting over our missing shingles to keep the rain off. Our chimney was struck by lightning March 1 which caused a lot of damage to the chimney, roof, and garage door opener. We contacted Mr. Roof for an estimate and agreed to hire them for the repairs. Mr. Roof completed all repairs quickly and to our satisfaction, along contacting our insurance company for a settlement (which we are still waiting for a final settlement). We would recommend Mr. Roof to others who are in need of roofing services.

I chose Able because I wanted the assurance of a reputable company that would stand by its rating. It did address every complaint, but there were many setbacks along the way. 1. I checked the underside of my decking after they installed the new roof. They had covered over some rotted wood. The problem was fixed, although it did take awhile to address the problem. THE WORKERS WERE ON TIME, EASY TO DEAL WITH, CLEANED UP VERY GOOD AFTERWORDS. THEY CAME AND STARTED AT 7:15 AM AND WERE FINISHED AT 11:45 AM!!!

We had a very positive experience with Mr. Roof. Our initial meeting with the salesperson was great. He was wonderful to work with. The installation team did a great job as well. They cleaned up everything upon completion of the job. The project manager was responsive and did follow-up to make sure we were satisfied.
