Review regarding business practices and intergrity of the management of the ********** ** ****** ** *** ********** ****** ********** ** *****. In violation of their merchant agreement with **** ***, Mr. Roof continues to bill me for their substandard temporary leak repair at my residence. Mr. Roof installed water absorbent roofing felt instead of the water repellent material they were contracted to install. The bill was paid using my Visa card. Our customer will not receive any more correspondence from us; we have removed his name from an automated program that was set up in our accounting software to send out the notices. However, with that being said should he receive any further correspondence we ask that he kindly disregard and delete.
The Fairfield Office is very disorganized, did not receive calls back on invoice information, to receive a requested bill. Sales person did not make sure insurance was even sent a invoice to take care of payment. Men who put roof down did not speak English at all to answer any questions we had. A board on roof should of been replaced but wasn’t. Final invoice took 4-months to receive and I had to send to my insurance company, they never did. Bad Experience All Around!

We are unsure as to the confusion regarding this customer’s statements. After speaking with the General Manager and our VP of Operations, we re-inspected the roof per the customer’s request and question regarding this specific area of decking. This was inspected and confirmed with the homeowner and they were satisfied with our findings. We did however replace decking in other areas of the roof that were rotted due to water infiltration. I own 2 homes on the same street, across from each other. I responded to an ad from Mr. Roof in my mailbox about possible hail damage. I doubted that there was any damage but because one of the homes had developed a leak, I thought I had better check it out. The salesman, Reed, got on the roof and took pictures of hail damage that I would never have seen otherwise. He also made a temporary fix to the leak. Overall my experience with Able was not positive. Poor customer service and horrible response time. A minor repair for an active leak took over 4 weeks to schedule and 6 weeks to complete. Interior damage continued to worsen while Able failed to deliver on their promises including a signed contract. After all the hassle required to finally get the repair performed, they began harassing me about the account balance weeks before their own defined due date.

We received a quote for our roof from Mr. Roof. We really enjoyed our sales person, he was very helpful and not pushy. He told us to watch this dvd where it explains you get a lifetime warranty and they are complete with the job in 1 day and they pride themselves on making it look like no one was there. I would highly recommend Mr. Roof. We had them install sky lights and make repairs in a couple of areas on our existing roof. They reviewed the problem areas with me and discussed the solution. They are very easy to work with.
