My roof was damaged due to a wind storm. Initial inspector was polite and also came out to sign the contract. Quick turn around time from inspection to receiving estimate. Scheduling team was aware of the weather and gave me multiple appointment times so my job wouldn't get pushed back. Project manager came out the next business day to do a final check and make sure everything was in order. My this is my first experience with Mr. Roof and I have nothing but good things to say about them. My roofing project was not the easiest, and honestly there were some contractors who simply shied away from it and others who said they did not have the resources. Mr. Roof on the other hand not only had the experience and resources but offered a good price along with a warranty. I needed a next-to-flat roof repaired in my almost 100 year old house. Mr. Roof provided a fair estimate, great onsite work, and were able to fix more underlying issues than originally estimated. Leah and Chris were helpful and great to work with.
