I used Mr Roof for a new roof and gutters. They put me at ease and did a wonderful job, any question I had they were on top of it.

We had our roof replaced with Mr. Roof 2 years ago and called to have them fix some concerning areas with the roof. Scheduling and appointment was difficult more or less with professionalism over the phone and not showing up on time for scheduled appt. However, Ryan the project managaer, showed up earlier than expected with a great attitude and reassured me that everything was going to be ok with the roof. Ryan was the same project manager we worked with 2 years ago so it was nice having a familiar, reliable face show up

When we signed up and had our roof done on june 13th or 14th 2018 with Mr. Roof we were under the impression that when they do our roof the clean up process would be simple and taken care of. That was not the case. As we came home from a lovely vacation we pull into our drive way, let our kids out of the car only to find 30+ nails in our drive way. "Excellent Roofing" by Bill M***** June 14, 2018 "If you want a roof installed quickly and correctly Mr. Roof is the company to call. Our old roof was leaking and needed replacement. Ryan the Mr. Roof Sales rep came out on a Monday to quote the roof replacement. I received a call the very next day stating the crew would be on Wednesday. I am completely unhappy with my choice to use Able for my roof, and would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. We met with their sales representative S****** back in May 2017 and felt Able would meet our very specific needs. We had decided to do the demolition of our our roof ourselves which meant timing the new roof installation exactly was essential since we were stripping the old decking (sheathing) off as well as the shingles. We recently had a new roof put on our house. The original rep who visited us was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Mr. Roof was one of four companies that quoted us for the work. They were not the least expensive, but they did offer the widest variety of roofing options. The install team arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up all in the same day. Other than a new roof on my house, you would have never know they had been there. Excellent experience!

I have 'no" complaints about Mr. Roof, contractors, workers or any Mr. Roof personnel. From the very beginning they were courteous , professional, and truthful in all our dealings. The product's they showed at the sales meeting, are the exact product they installed. The roofing and the gutter's were professionally installed and I could not be any more happy. I have recommended them and wish them continued success.
