How can Mr. Roof have an A+ rating with all the negative responses? Very Poor service, The siding had to be completely redone.. Similar experience to all the other negative responses. First thing in the morning is not noon where I come from.... Now I have a cracked bathroom window I've been waiting since Dec. 3rd to be repaired. When you call you can never talk to the person that can help, always told someone else has to schedule that Or, that is in the hands of the project manager.. Able Roofing installed a new roof on my home this year. They did an excellent job installing my roof. The workers were efficient, showed up when I was told they would be here. They did a very good job cleaning up after the job was completed. Highly Recommend!
Mr. Roof has provided the Worst Service Ever! Cannot get workers to show up to do jobs. No show, promises not kept, sunny days come and go nobody shows, but on rainy days they are quick to respond sorry can't make it its raining. Oct 4, signed contract paid $1100 or 50% for the work told 4-6 weeks to fix flashing leak around my chimney. Salesman tells me all I need is lead flashing the one piece will do it. Very Bad Experience. Paid Deposit and Mr Roof in Hermitage, Tennessee Did Not Deliver on 3 Different Dates Promised for Roof Repairs. So far, we haven't even got our $2,340 deposit back ... WOW. Specifically, after being paid $2,340 by us; Mr Roof salesman, Ryan promised to have the job done on Oct 25th (no one showed up) and then again promised it would be done Oct 26th (no one showed up) ... HAD A ROOF PUT ON JULY OF 2012 AND ITS LEAKING AND I WAS TOLD THE WARRANTY IS EXPIRED ALREADY. BEWARE IF YOUR ROOF IS LEAKING AFTER 6 YEARS. ABLE WILL NOT FIX IT. YOU MIGHT GETING A ROOFER WITH A BETTER WARRANTY.

Mr Roof installed our new windows today. Mr E**** arrived promptly and began as stated on time. The windows look wonderful. They cleaned up as they did each window. Showed my husband how they worked. We are so happy with our beautiful windows and the craftsmanship. You could never tell work was being done. Mr E**** is the best. I highly recommend Mr Roof especially E****. Called Mr. Roof when our ceiling began to leak after a rain storm. Their consultant, Marc H., arrived in short order. Marc climbed the roof to assess the problem and after his inspection, presented to us issues he saw - complete with digital photos. He discussed all options with us in a professional manner and me and my wife decided to purchase a new roof. I want to thank Mr.Roof fora great job done on our roof and gutters. The guys were great doing the roof,covered allmy plants around the house and did a great job cleaning up everything that hit the ground, same with the gutter guys. So pleased with everything done.
