My experience with dealing with Mr. Roof was horrible. First of all, DO NOT LET MR ROOF SALES GUY SPEAK TO THE INSURANCE COMP ON YOUR BEHALF. That was my first mistake. Long story short Mr Roof salesman was advised by the insurance company what needs to happen in order to get my payout and unbeknown to me Mr Roof salesman had no intention of dealing with my insurance company. Hi *****, I sincerely apologize that you had a negative experience working with us. I looked into this situation for you but there doesn’t seem to be much more we can do. We did work with your insurance company but they only approved the cost of half the roof and per your request, we filed a supplement and involved our General Manager to work directly with your adjuster. At this time we feel like we have done all we can do. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to be of assistance.
Mr. Roof , Jose. Did a repair job. He was prompt, courteous and did excellent work.
Schedule: For installation schedule, they changed many times because of bad weather which is fine but they are not available when weather is good, ridiculous! Job: Customer, beware for Mr. Roof sales person. I choose their top of the line product offered to me for my entire roof with lifetime labor and parts guaranty, I specifically asked there are couple of bow/bend on my roof will that go away when I have new roof, Mr. sales guy says absolutely it will be fixed. Mr Roof replaced my entire roof due to wind and hail damage. Their crew started on time on the planed date. They worked quickly and efficiently completing the job in 1-1/2 days rather than the expected 2 days. The crew cleaned up very well making sure to get all the nails out of the yard. A final inspector from Mr Roof named Kim L******* went over the entire job with the crew assuring that everything was correct.
Got estimates from several roofing companies. Mr. Roof wasn't the lowest estimate, but they (***** * *** **************) seemed the most willing to work with insurance co & claim. He ended up getting more $ from them toward shingle replacement than their original estimate of damages. Job done in one day even though an afternoon rain. Workers sat it out then completed job when rain stopped. Good experience/quality work.
We just had a roof Completed by Mr. Roof and were very impressed with the service. Jason did an amazing job with his assessment and explaining the process, including the financing options. The team that installed the roof were professional and efficient. Our first home received a major upgrade with this roof and we could not be happier!
I had a great experience with Mr Roof , every thing went smoothly & quickly . I filled out the online contact from , and a rep called me that day , and jason came to my home .. few days later an appt. was made , and within less then a weeks time my roof repairs were completed. The gentleman that did the repairs worked quickly and answered my questions at the end . Any concerns i’m to contact them . So i hope all will continue to be fine with my roof and I appreciate their service.
Mr Roof workers were vary professional and had the complete job done in one day. When they left our property they had cleaned up after them selves and you could not even tell they were ever there. The roof looks wonderful! and the management works well with the insurance co. Thank You *** ******
We were in need of a new roof and was referred by my son to call Able Roofing.when I called within a couple days Sara came out to our home to take a look at the roof and give us a free estimate. She was very informative and knew what she was talking about. The following Saturday she came back out so we could go over the estimate.At that time we went over the financial part and they were able to give us multiple roofing and financial option to choose from, to meet our financial needs.
