Tim, a representative for Mr. Roof responded my request promptly and professionally. He came to my home at the scheduled time and answered my questions and offered solid advice. Although I thought there was work to be done to address my concern Tim offered a solution that did not involve repair to the roof. Tim was professional and personable and did not charge me for coming to my home. I was impressed with Mr, Roof.

We did some research before choosing a contractor to replace our roof. We narrowed it down to three, and ultimately chose Mr. Roof. We’re happy we did. Matt P******* was straightforward in discussing the product and the process. Kaitlyn at the office worked with us for the best financing. Finally, the roofers arrived promptly at 7:15 the morning of the install. They worked diligently, stopping only for a brief lunch break. Everyone has been polite and professional, even the crew of workers that came out to do the job. The end product however, has required two additional visits and things are still not correct. The company has come out to correct the issue but in two visits it still does not look right. I even showed the issue to the project manager in person and when the crew just left today after correcting the issue it is still not right. I cannot say I would recommend them.

I had a good experience with Mr. Roof. The customer service was professional and the job was on time and appears to be good quality. They cleaned up nicely afterwards and our new roof looks great.

Mr Roof replaced my gutters I was so pleased I had them replace my dormer roof. In both applications they did an excellent job and cleaned up everything before they left.

Absolutely top notch group of people to work with. From the salesman Chris S**** to the foreman Kelly and his installers. The team kept us informed and we are so pleased with the work they did. We would recommend them to everyone!

were very professional and considerate of my property. neighbors were commenting how nice the roof and gutters looked. I really appreciate the way they communicated with me throughout the project. thumbs up for sure...
