I hired Mr. Roof to redo my 50 square roof based on the lowest total price. I was impressed by the speed at which they completed the job and how well they cleaned everything up. The crew was also very friendly and accommodating. A few weeks after the job was completed, we had a big rain storm. Quality work and very nice people that do the job right the first time!
Experience at first was excellent. Brandon came out and got us a quote promptly whereas other roofing companies took a week or more or never even contacted us back. He explained everything and did not rush me with my decision. He upgraded us to the next level roofing if we chose to go with them for same quoted price as the current style roof we had. Roof looks good and was done in one day, the crew worked hard, however they damaged my ac line by putting two nails into one of my lines. I have called three times and have written to them twice everytime being told someone would call me back, but no one has called, so I guess after they get your money they don't care. So for this reason i would not recommend them.
Colin did a great job and I was worried when he showed up in a car to give me a estimate on my two story house. He brought out the drone, I was simply amazed. He got the quote sent out the same day so I can review it with my wife. Great job Colin.
Edgar did a great estimate with a thorough inspections with pictures and then he also did the work so there was no miscommunication. Will use again.
Very good experience my next project definitely it will be with Ryan the contractor very hounset very experienced,Than you all.
Project/ sales rep does not call back and takes 4 days to turn in paperwork to get my job started. Spoke to Office Manager and she says she would call back and never does.

Able was priced way higher than the other companies we had researched but we had heard positive reviews from friends who had used them. It sounded like they had a good guarantee and customer service plan if they needed to come back to fix something in the future because they used all their own roofing material, so we went with them.
