The sales rep was amazing, he explained every step of the process. The roofing team was professional, courteous and took great strides to protect our windows and landscaping from debris. I will recommend Mr **** to all my family and friends.

Their salesmen are so ****** pushy and use bully sales tactics to get sales. They prey on people. I literally had to scream at their salesman's ***** to get him out of my grandmother's house! He was the most arrogant and insulting a$$hole I've ever had thre displeasure of meeting. And their workmanship is shotty at best. Avoid this company at all cost!

I had Mr. **** come out for a roof estimate in late December 2021. I was told that all debris would be cleaned up and my gutters would be cleaned out 'and look like new' from the Project Consultant. When the roof was installed January 2022, upon completion, I asked the Project Manager if the gutters were cleaned. He said "We cleaned our debris but there is still previous debris in the gutters." A super hard working crew of 16 people got my roof done in one day by 6:00pm. The roof looks great, was less expensive than other quotes I received and the crew did an amazing job with the cleanup

Had a house built 21 yrs ago. Earlier this year notice a leak in a bedroom contacted Mr. **** to get it checked. ******************* did an inspection and showed us the roof was installed improperly. After going over all options we decided to have them give us a new roof. Getting the best deal we could and a quick repair date we couldn't be happier with the results. We contracted with Able roofing to replace our roof about a year ago. There were issues with the roof and damaged to the home during the install. I have made numerous requests to repair the damage to the deck, the gutters and the gutter guards as well as repairing the roof. We have been made promises for over a year and nothing has been repaired. This has been very frustrating.
We contracted Able Roofing to put up siding, replace our gutters and replace soffits. We paid half down and they started work in December 2021. The team that came was not Able employees but a 3rd party contractor. They took down the gutters and did the siding, they informed us that they werent doing the soffits and another team had to come to do the gutters. That team didnt come for 3 weeks and for the first two weeks it rained so my basement walks started to show seepage. When the gutters went up they did the soffits but di... read more
