Shannon came out to look at a needed repair on my roof. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in regards to repairing vs replacing. Highly recommend.
We came to Able as a second opinion after we were disappointed with the representative from the first company we contacted. Zach Harmon with Able did an excellent job for us as did Able in general.
Able is a dishonest company with no integrity. The ceiling in our home was damaged from the installation of a new roof. Instead of taking responsibility for their negligence, Able insists on giving us several excuses to why the damaged occurred. Apparently damage like this is “normal” according to Able. This is absolutely the worst company. Customer service is horrible. We hired this place to do our rood and gutters. What a big mistake. Went into contract July 10th. Finally finished in October. We have a small house. Roofing crew pulled in driveway empty all their trash in my yard before even starting work. Poor quality work performed on roof and gutter. Had a roof leak that we had a problem finding. Josh came out found the leak, a previous company that did the whole roof ten years back did not lock down about 4 lines of shingles or use a ice or rain barrier. Mr. Roof came out fixed the leak and we had them blow in insulation and could not be happier. A few rains later and no leak.
Excellent crew! Super clean! Extremely knowledgeable and informative! Consistently worked all day! I would definitely recommend Able Roof to anyone who has a roofing need!!!
