First off, ours sales rep Zach H***** did a great job and made the process go smooth all the way up to install. He constantly checked up in the project and helped with any issues as we got the roof installed. We had issues with installation though. The roofers came and went (at one point only one person was on the roof and was working in the dark...), rushed some of the roof and performed some incorrect procedures. It was really frustrating and the project manager didn’t help with it much. I would call him and he wouldn’t an... read more
Absolutely the best work and group of workers I’ve had do anything on my house. Had my roof done by Mr. Roof about 7 years ago. Finally able to get the siding done and had them come back. Glad I did Mr.H****** and Mr. S* **** and his crew went over and above to make sure everything was done properly and to our liking. I can’t say enough about the quality of work that was done. OUTSTANDING !!!
