The aluminum siding on my chimney was blown off in a storm and I called Mr. Roof to estimate the cost of damage repair. They sent out Justin D*** to look at my house. He was very polite, yet professional, as he discussed with me what he saw. Justin had even gone the extra mile and climbed up to the roof to take pictures of the damaged chimney chase cover and then a part of the gutter. The company and the representative they sent were very professional and prompt. The representative completed a through inspection and gave us an affordable estimate. He was patient with us when we asked him questions and promised us the best service.
We called Mr Roof and had a good professional service from them. They are one of the top roof service out there that is always available in person rather a machine asking to leave a message. Their project consultant (Tyler K***) is prompt and very informative and prepared. He explained what are high quality materials and why it is competitive than others. We had a good experience with Mr.Roof. I would recommend this company for comparison or even doing business with.

I am leaving 5 star review for many reasons: From the customer care (In-house Staff) from the initial phone call, the down to earth sales person that came to my home the contractor and a Super Project Manager. The Sales Person that had a no pressure sale approach while he took care of the phone to the insurance company, meeting with them at the job sight and the followup to keep me at ease and yes he showed up early for each appointment (Ryan Great Job). I had to get my chimney reflashed to sell my house. My realtor suggested Able. I called Able along with two actual chimney companies. Able was the first that could come out so she highly encouraged Igo ahead and use them. They estimated $950. The guy that came out to do the estimate didn't even get up on the roof to do the estimate. He did the estimate from the street! His name was Danny D******. Great quality and reasonablely priced. Sales person was very detailed and explained exactly what you were paying for and provided options that was in my budget. Installation was above what was expected. Cleaned up like nobody was even here. Very careful and respected my property. Would highly recommend to anyone in search of a new roof!!

Kyle C came and looked at the roof. He was very professional, courteous and answered all of our questions. He gave us the next steps to follow. He did a great job!
We had some discoloration on our bathroom ceiling that appeared to be from a roof leak. Mr Roof put a new roof on our house in 2014. Mike L**** from Mr Roof promptly came to our house and inspected the roof. He found a problem that was not covered by the warranty but as a customer service he fixed the problem anyway. Mike was courteous and knowledgeable concerning our situation, it was a pleasure to meet him and to have him fix our problem so quickly. Way to go Mike and Mr Roof!!
