I had an excellent experience with Mr. Roof. My roof started leaking and they were able to come out quickly to examine the roof and determine the problem. Roofers were out the second day. Good job from start to finish.

They left nails everywhere from construction, I had to replace all my tires from their construction on our units.

Terrible experience. I had an estimator come out to help with a leaking roof. He told me that I needed a “tune up” and ridge vent. Total cost $1200. I paid half up front. They came out and fixed the roof. So I thought. It took about a week for it to rain. And the roof was leaking worse than before. I called again to have someone come back out. They did the best with what they had to work with. Communication between sales and work crew could have been better. Our roof looks good. Shawn tried to satisfy us. Good job realigning the gutters.

I highly recommend Mr.Roof. My Daughter used them for her home and was highly satisfied. Crew arrived early, even with the heat they did an outstanding job, The team work was awesome. Finished in a timely manner and the roof looks amazing. I enjoyed working with the salesman and the project manager, both did an outstanding job. I was very pleased with the roofing job done on my house. The workers were very efficient, arrived early and finished in the afternoon. The men were hard workers, and it was interesting to watch how quickly they were able to install the roof. I would definitely recommend Mr. Roof.
