We had 4 companies give us bids on our large (84 Square) and steep roof along with gutter replacement. I granted the bid to Able because I had had two of my co-workers have their roofs done by Able and they were very positive in their experience. The work was completed on April 16, 2021 by 6 hardworking men. I did have trouble communicating with them since only one of them spoke some broken English. We had a roof job that lasted four months, but the warranty ran out in three months! As soon as the warranty ran out, our roof began to leak exactly where they supposedly worked. We contacted them for help but we were told that (in the fine print at the bottom of the paperwork) their warranty had ran out. Dont waste your time and money with this group. Obviously the quality of the workmanship is not there nor is there any responsibility in the tiny, hidden details in their contracts they make you sign.
Got here early started doing the removal, all the men seemed to work together as a team. They had to replace a ton of wood due to mold. They finished just as the sun was going down. Very happy
Had gutters installed.Palmed me off onto a subcontractor. Near two windows the rain runs behind the gutters against the windows. In the front of the house over the living room and porch area they leak out of the seam. Several of the gutters are installed crooked. Only two men showed up to do the job. Too big a job for only two people. Brushed me off until the warranty ran out. Only a 90 day warranty.

There must be some confusion, enclosed is the contract that was signed by the homeowner. As noted on the contract, the warranty on this product is only for 90-days, which has expired over 2 years ago. It should be noted that not only has Mr. Roof replaced the downspouts which were ran over by the homeowner at no charge. Mr. Roof has been out to the home multiple time and cleaned the debris out of the gutters. Putting aside the fact that the warranty has expired 2 years ago. So, 7 years ago I got a roof from Mr Roof. Paid an additional $3500 to get the grand and glorious " caddilac of roofs" as the salesman called it Thunderguard roof. problem 1. Told I would get ridge vents and that ridge vents are way better than box vents. Well, when the roof was installed they didnt put on ridge vents but re used my old box vents. Guess what? First off, the work was completed on time and seems to be good. Our concern is that we were not told that they would send the bill to a finance company. We assumed we'd receive a bill at the beginning of the upcoming month, but instead, we received a bill from a financing company. This kind of business practice seems underhanded. I will never recommend Able Roofing to anyone!

Able roofing roofed our house about ten years ago. so our roof developed a leak last fall I called Able they said the roof was still under warranty but not the labor so we has them fix it for $700.00 then our roof started leaking again same place about a week ago and I called Able again to report the leak they said the last time they were here was only warranted for ninety days so they couldn't help us so we have to call another repair person. WE will never use Able roofing again
