Very professional, upfront and honest. ********************* was a great ********* took the time we needed to clearly explain the entire process. The crew was quick and very friendly. Had all of our windows done in a little more than 1/2 a day. Would recommend Able without a doubt.
I had a repair done in November **************************************** February 2022 and was told the warranty for repairs is only 90 days I they basically repaired it just for 90 days. HORRIBLE!!!
So we saw Mr **** at our local (****** **) home show in 1/2022. We scheduled to have an estimate completed. Due to weather and COVID-19 we had to reschedule the estimate a few time which was understandable. We today we finally got the estimate. The problem is my initials and signature and signature dates were already filled out. When questioned about it, the sales rep said that it was only a proposal and it we decided to proceed then they would authorize the signatures. This was a HUGE red flag. Hired Mr. Roof to do new gutters, replace a section of roof, and install a window. The section of roof I had replaced had a water spot show up once during a particularly hard, driving, sustained rain. I've lived in my home for 2 years and the water spot only showed up once but I didn't want to wait for it to become a major issue so I elected to have it replaced before it did. Waited about 6 weeks after signing our contract with Able for our new roof to be installed. I called to check the schedule because we had not hear anything from them and it was pasted their estimated start date. Finally received a call back from our sales guy telling us he had no idea why but suddenly the guy in charge of our project has decided he doesnt want to do our job and they are breaking our contract.
*********************** did a great job of explaining to me the product options and communicating how the process would go. Installation was quick and professional. Very happy with my decision to use Able Roof.
We bought color shingles with a lifetime warranty and the shingles have started to discolor after a few years. Called them to get this resolved. They said Mother Nature was affected so there is nothing they can do, however our house is nowhere near trees or anything to cause this discoloration. We have been trying to work with them, but nothing has changed!!
Never received email copy of contract after giving salesman $580 deposit. 3 weeks after giving deposit, gutter subcontractor showed up to do half of work discussed with salesman. Called company and they said that was what contract showed and salesman would have to straighten things out. Salesman called 2 days later and said it was a misunderstanding.
