The product was exactly as ordered. The crew that replaced our roof did an awesome job. Careful work, neat, and cleaned up thoroughly. Very polite and considerate.

Mr. Roof did a great job with the initial quote and being in good contact for that part of the process. There was a bump in the road after that point where I received little to no contact (they were waiting for the permits to go through). I called a few times to get a copy of an itemized invoice which I never received despite them saying they would send it right over, and the final time I called I was wondering when they would be scheduling the roof. My new roof was installed by Mr Roof. It was a one day install. They cleaned up after the job was completed. The roof is beautiful. I even had the site manager come out to ensure the roof was completed in a quality manager. Getting a new roof was something I put off but I'm very happy I finally got the new roof. The new roof really enhances my home. The men who worked on my home were kind and respectful. I even came home for lunch while they were working. If your thinking about a new roof contact Mr Roof.

From the initial visit from the sales person to the final visit from the Project Manager this experience was very positive. They helped me with the insurance claim and answered every question I had along the way. the install team was very professional and kept the job clean and did the job all in one day.

Mr .Roof replaced my garage roof . also replaced some of the decking The father and son team really did a GREAT job, Covered the things I could not move ,cleaned up ever piece of paper , Ran a magnet to make sure my kids and my dog didn't get hurt ,They even used a leaf blower to clean my drive way .and MR Roof supervisors stopped by to make sure I was happy .Thank you MR Roof great service .

The Mr. Roof team arrived promptly at 7:00 AM and began work. After ripping off the old shingles they discovered that my roof decking needed to be replaced. They completely ripped off the decking and had the entire roof replaced and re-shingled by 2:30. They cleaned up everything and were extremely pleasant to be working with. Hell, they only took a 20 minute break for a quick lunch. Awesome job Mr. Roof. Awesome job!!!
