Justin was knowledgeable and had my sink up and running in no time. He explained what he was doing and gave me maintenance tips afterward.
Came out the same day that I called. Arrived in the window given. Did the job promptly and neatly. My only concern is that are a bit pricey.
Work man was great. Explained everything to me step by step.
After calling several other plumbers, finally got to speak to a person at Mr. Rooter! Came out same day and replaced the hot water heater in 2 hours! Very professional!
Scheduled a visit for a leak on Monday and was told a technician would be here between 3-5. 5 came and went with nobody. Got a call saying someone would still be out. Nobody showed up. Called today to follow up and was told they had to cancel yesterday's appointment because they tried to call 3 times with no answer. False. Rescheduled for today between 3-6. Guess what? Nobody. These guys do a great job and I would recommend them to all....
We needed Mr Rooter because our basement was flooded with sewage from a cloggged line outside our home. Mr. Rooter was there within the hour, gave us a estimate and was working on the problem in no time. The clog was cleaned out, and then he re-ran the rooter several times to make sure that any roots that might catch anything would be completely gone. Thank you.
