Curtis came to my home twice. He had to wait on a piece for my Jacuzzi tub. He was polite and came and fixed the problem and I will certainly use him if ever I have the need again to have the tub fixed.
He was very professional helped me with my plumbing issues I wish I could have gotten an little more help but overall he was very good.

We had a severely blocked drain. Our regular plumbers tried but could not repair it. Mr. Rooter took over, and although they could not repair it that day (and we had to close the restaurant), they returned early the next day and brought out heavy duty equipment to complete the job. It was done in less than an hour and we could reopen for business. Jeremy P, was beyond helpful. The people who came to rebury our pipe were awesome. They even let the city come in between digging it up and then came back on the cold day to bury it and didn't ask for anything more as they saw it as "doing the right thing" for the customer. Thank you again and will use you for all my major plumbing work.
I will never use them again! Horrible service! I can't understand why my floor was saturated with water after hot water replacement!
