This is one of the most dishonest companies I have seen in years. John Dubose was a THIEF. He overcharged and pulled a bait and switch on me to increase the invoice. Then to boot they charged me $99 for some stupid "membership" that is supposed to get me a discount in the next year. I was never offered the chance to decline or even look at the charges until I received the email invoice. AVOID THIS COMPANY
RecommendedAt first the online scheduler didn't work, but it was very easy to call and set up an appointment. I liked receiving a text with the plumber's photo saying he was on his way. Jason arrived as scheduled. He provided all estimates in writing up front and was very courteous and professional as he explained the plumbing problems he found. One of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had. I missed an important event this morning because they scheduled me for an emergency visit between 8-12. 11 came around and I had no call, so I was suspicious and called them. They told me no one bothered to put my appointment in the system and couldn’t get me in until tomorrow. I have no running water... Avoid at all costs. You are just a number to them.
This firm offers courtesy, concern, and excellent service. I've had them do electrical as well as plumbing work and have been very happy with the results. Everyone I've had contact with on their staff is competent and highly professional.
