I'm giving 5 stars for technician Mark T. who was professional and quickly assessed and solved a problem on short notice, and 5 stars for technician Jorge M. who came back on his day off to ensure I had running water over a holiday weekend. However, customer service rates 3 ***, as I received incorrect information at the outset. My experience with Mr. Rooter was very good I would have no reluctance in referring this company to others. They were timely very reasonable professional and had a friendly disposition the work was done well I give them a five star
I really appreciated the care and diagnostic testing that the team did on my plumbing situation, it was a calming effect to have such caring and competent staff working on my bad plumbing situation, all seems fixed now, what a relief!
Jim was excellent! Did a great job, was very neat and cleaned up totally. Had a little issue after the work was done and he came back and hopefully, fixed the problem at no charge. We had some issues with our kitchen drains/pipes. He also installed an instant hot water pump for us. Will continue to call Jim for any plumbing problems!
One of the scariest things is to have to call a plumber. You never know who you're going to get, how much they'll charge you and whether or not they will be able to fix the problem. Well, I'm happy to say I'll never get that scary feeling again. These guys were great. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I will definately call Mr. Rooter again.
