I needed the seal in my toilet replaced (toilet had been rebuilt two years ago) they would not replace just the seal. Wanted to charge me $240 to rebuild the toilet. I won't be a returning customer. I had additional work for the plumber that I would have paid for but paying $240 for something I don't need is ridiculous. On a positive note, the tech was wonderful and very helpful.
We had an emergency leak and had to turn off water main. Called and Jim was assigned to our case. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend!!
Mr. Nima Maleki did an excellent job of explaining the approach he would take to discovering and solving my plumbing problem. He was straightforward and used excellent examples to explain his processes and the results of what he found-out. KENNY S.was great, he arrived right on time,I love that! He found the problem and fixed it. He is a really nice guy. He was even able to inform me about a problem I had in my back yard with water that another pluming company wasn't able to explain. Great job Kenny.
Kenny did a great job today. The appointment got moved up 2 days, which surprised me as that usually doesn't happen with companies. He was very detailed, friendly and knowledgable. You can tell he's been doing his job for years. If you want a great plumber who goes above and beyond, call and ask for Kenny!

We’ve needed Mr. Rooter’s services twice this year due to failing plumbing in our home. Our technician, Nima, was very kind and knowledgeable for both visits. It was very nice to have the same tech today that we had in April. Nima remembered servicing our home previously (and congratulated us on the birth of our daughter as he noticed I was no longer pregnant! Very kind of him to remember!!).
