The technicians were Great! On time,worked quickly, and left with a clean up. Excellent service!
Called on Saturday night, said they would be here between 9:00 - 11:00 - Got here at 9:30. Explained or options had water heater on his truck , left for 45 min to get parts, worked until about 3:30, went over instrunctions on operation, Now we have Hot Water , Thank you Mr. Rooter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (:>) Then did a complete clean-up
Be very careful with this company! They would not complete the job without more! Bait and switch! My son and I had to finish the job.

This business is horrible! We finally were able to get someone out to our house to pump the septic tank, from this company, and they REFUSED to pump the septic tank because we have another company, trying to help fix a problem 3 other companies have messed up on. . DO NOT use this company because they will only work with you if you hire them to do an entire job. Thank you to this company because now we have no access to water for what will be a week.
