Will was great!!! He worked very hard to dislodge a difficult clog in my main sewer line. He made recommendations and dispatched a camera man to check for leaks. I really appreciate the time and effort he put towards helping me. Not to mention how friendly and enjoyable he was. He honored the advertised price with no argument and I really appreciate not being pressured to upsell. Thanks Mr.Rooter and even more thanks to Will!
Rusty came out to do some work for me. He was professional and polite and checked and rechecked the job. He advised me on a future project I'm thinking about with all options. We were very happy indeed!
Rusty Anthony was very professional and helpful. I had a new dishwasher delivered and installed yesterday . And the installer broke my dishwasher connector to water line and left, did not tell us the break and simply turned the hot water off . Later found the leak and cabinet flooded with water . So needed quick repair , called Mr Rooter and Rusty Anthony came within 90 min to rescue And he was very professional , nice,thorough and he nailed and fixed the problem.I will highly recommended him.

I learned that it hadn't been serviced in more than 20 years that the baffles needed to be replaced they were deteriorated the line had been plugged in for while away that he show me what he's doing and he explain the steps it was such a pleasure meeting a person who is so professional
