The worst customer service ever. They did not show up twice and did not call until way after the appointment, after we called them asking "Where is the plummer". Great bussiness model. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
Lee is very personable and understanding. He was solution oriented during a bad situation. He explains the process and communicates what needs to be done. He's the kind of guy that you want coming out to help you in dire situations. Thank you Lee!!
I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Atlanta, from the office personnel to the professional plumber, Nick Brazier. He is the first person who diagnosed the drainage problem, and fixed it. He went out of his way to be sure everything was working properly, before he left. He is the greatest!
I was actually very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of Nick Brazier. He fixed us right up at a minimal cost. Will definitely call this company again.

I will always use Mr. Rooter from now on. They are polite, professional, and fast. Brian R came to my rescue. He got here early actually, which was a shock. He greeted me and got right down to business. Unlike other plumbers who BS a lot Brian did not. He answered all of my questions and even gave me some tips. He even cleaned up after himself. Great guy, and speedy thorough service.
Chris pumped septic, ounce of prevention keeps it running right.
