The tech was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Very satisfy.
Have used these people for four years. They have been great. I had a flood one night at 2 in morning. Cut water off. Technician was there at 6 am as promised and I was on my flight by 9. David installed a new toilet in December but Home Depot gave me the wrong one. He took toilet out boxed it up for me and then the next day reinstalled new toilet at no charge. They are wonderful

I'm a very unsatisfied customer. I Wasted $300 for the plumbers best guess at the problem that made the problem worse. Do not waste your time and money with this company. When the plumber came back to see the damage, he ended up quoting me $800 on top of the $300 I already paid. I refused to pay that amount and called a plumber a neighbor recommended and got the problem fixed for $210. They told me NO REFUNDS when I asked for a PARTIAL refund! I will never again call Mr Rooter.
