I have been a resident of ********************* Apartments in ******, ***** for 4 1/2 years. I love my community and I love my home. At least I did until Avenue5 Residential LLC assumed management of the complex. I have never, ever, ever been treated so disrespectfully. I have recommended over 10 different friends/family to look into M south Apartments when looking to find an apartment. Ever since Avenue5 took over, I recommend everyone to look elsewhere. I am also in property management and know how important it is to fully take care of issues within the apartment and produce high customer service always, by going above and beyond. Hello My dad moved into to Mission lofts property located in ************ **.He was 89 in ********************************************************************* we would use his income which was enough as he received a pension as guarantee for his lease. Hi! Its unfortunate for me to have to say this but Ive lost faith in the management at ********************* in ******* management by Waterton. Theres been issue after issue and it seems never-ending. First I signed my apartment lease with a move-in date of March 17, 2023. This residential company doesn't receive any stars from me. I have been a resident since December and it has been nothing but h*** Constant leaks from everywhere, rat infestation, maintenance doesn't answer emergency service calls. My family was left to fend our apartment from all the water that flooded our apartment. We're unable to utilize our appliances as there is no follow-up, follow-through, no parts available, or have been ordered. The maintenance crew are a joke at Palm Crest Apartments. They enter your apartment freely with or without permission. Not only that, but they entered my apartment without my permission, and while my underage son was home alone. ((I even had my bedroom door closed and locked as I was trying to hide gifts for my sons birthday. But they walked right into my apartment, while I was gone and somehow unlocked my bedroom door. The high turnover of employees at ******************** is a sure tell that Avenue5 Residential LLC is an unethical predatory company. They don't deserve one star.
Service is terrible. They fail to replace burnt out hallway lights, they do not maintain or keep up building cleanliness, and the staff is just rude.
Since Avenue5 took over The *****************************, there has been a noticeable change in the way they treat tenants and the business overall. Where two years ago, our management team was personable, helpful, and understanding, now they are unresponsive, unapologetic, demanding, and impersonal.I have had complaints to the office about maintenance practices closed this week without comment or response.Their first method of contact for any grievance they have, like a day-late rent payment, is a letter of eviction notice... read more
