I moved to ******* about 10 months ago after my employer had gone out of business. I had very limited time to sell a home in another state and move here for a job. I found Desert Mirage apartments and signed a fourteen month lease with the previous property management company. Recently I discovered that the actual market rent for the two bedroom unit that I am in is more than $400 less than I am paying. You should not, under any but the most dire circumstance, sign a lease at Ironwood. Here are some reasons why.Currently Ironwood has more than 25 two bedroom units coming available by the end of the year. There is good reason for this, it's because no one wants to stay here.By default, Ironwood will attempt to increase your rent 10% after your first lease term. Don't accept it, move elsewhere. Been living here for 3 yrs. Ask for high tiolrt due to health reason on August 1st and Augut 18th no toilet . No accommodation for handicap. Neighbors smoking weed in bld no smoking policy nothing done. Want you to call police but they don't do anything. I would jot recommend this place to live. People moving out charge for amenities and pool have not worked in two years.

Im assuming because I only worked three months and only gave notice July 3,2023 to end July 7, 2023 for new employment they feel the need to not pay out earned commissions I saw their terrible rating that a resident brought up while I was employed there but never did I think they wouldnt pay out what I earned.

Office manager at ********* apartment is very Disrespectful and not willing to help on anything not even bother going there the costumer service here is horrible the gates dont work, parking lot is always full of water due to the bad irrigation system and once you go talk to them and ask help on something they come a you with an attitude anyways think twice before moving here there is way better options out there the name of the person that will make your live miserable at this apparent is ***************************** they ... read more

Terrible experience working for them in ********. They hired me for a brand-new property, and then right after I started said they would be losing that property, due to how badly they mis-managed it before I got there. They then forced me to go to a disaster property where they failed to support me and the rest of the team, leaving us to deal with lawsuits, broken amenities and more. Unruptable, No Communicate, No Follow **************************** My daughter rented a ********************* Apt. A mo. prior to her moving out,Avenue 5 took over.Having been in *********** 22 yrs I know how difficult it can be on a residential level let alone the commercial side.There was one item that needed to be replaced prior to moveout.We went to the office & shared, we saw the carpeting was being disposed of in the remodel of the each unit to hard floors.Should the carpet be replaced?We were told no, & not to worry."... read more

Renters Beware!!************************* is an Avenue 5 company that lies to prospective tenants regarding one month free rent, $1,000 referral fees. Etc. The ask you to sign a 40 page (!) lease agreement on your smart phone and do not provide a paper copy as required by ***** law. Management does not respond to requests or to letters. They lie that the responded when confronted. And they bill you for every expense they have, including a fee to generate a bill for you. Upon moving into the Hayden ********* on the good faith of the property management team, we trusted that our apartment would be renovated with Brand new appliances as promised my both leasing agents numerous times. Once moved, unbeknownst to us the apartment was filthy with cat hair from previous tenants, grime, urine smell, urine on the walls of the bathroom and urine stained toilets, roaches, fleas and numerous non-working appliances and no hot water.
