Poor maintenance service A / C still does not provide cold air, even after 4 requests. Technicians came to the apartment but did not solve the problem, nor did they leave any kind of response.
100% don’t recommend them Terrible business, put our deposit down for the apartment then they deny us and then tell us that they can’t give a refund.
Very miserable process The staff is really sweet but have way too little time to make this a pleasant or even barrable application experience. Someone at Corporate had this dream of a seamless, fully automated computerized application process but it fails in some many ways. Very miserable process.
Worst experience ever!!! Water shut offs almost daily!!! Dirty and old , no matter if they add gray paint and new light switches! Managers make rules as they go and promise one thing and pull out with another! From a person that is not from town, I was left with a really bad impression.such a shame.

Absolutely TERRIBLE leasing agents I do not recommend living here, the rent is high. It is brand new but a waste of money for what we are paying. Go somewhere where the front desk actually care about their jobs.

Worst company ever. Stole money from me when I was moving out . Never paid a day late in rent. Absolutely disgusting company
It would be great if management team understood routine maintenance better!! The dryer outside vents should be cleaned out every **** months...to prevent fires and to increase the efficiency of the dryers!! I requested that mine be cleaned after living here for one year...the amount of "lint" was unbelievable!! My dryer time was slashed in half!! To think of the fire danger!! THIS IS ROUTINE MAINTENANCE!!!

Avenue5 manages 470 properties nationwide and you would think someone would have something nice to say, but with over a thousand reviews not many have a kind word to say, which I find very disturbing.
