I have brought several machines from Montavilla. The staff is amazing especially Alentha Peyton and very helpful. Any issues I have had were resolved and they made me feel like family. I wouldn't buy a machine from anywhere else. Montavilla is my favorite place to buy my sewing supplies also. Keep up the good works Ladies and Gents.

A little over a month ago, I had a mysterious problem with my serger that took 2 visits to diagnose properly. I was so bummed when I found out that it was actually a bigger problem than it initially seemed to be that I cried. I was embarrassed at my overreaction but the team was so patient and kind and worked on figuring out a perfect solution for me.
