I brought 2 ancient machines in to see if they could be fixed, they could not I bought a new one & they didn’t try & y’all me into anything more than I need or could afford. They were so nice & helpful. A few days later I noticed something wasn’t right on the new machine, I took it in, they go to it in no time...a screw came loose & fell inside.
