RecommendedHave purchased several sewing machines from Montavilla, wonderful supportive team to work with, always very friendly. Took several years of classes from Chris Potter, so knowledgeable, always goes out of her way to make classes fun and informative.
RecommendedI have had three older sewing machines serviced at Montavilla over the past few years and always found them to be very helpful re advice for older machines. Their prices were fair and their work was good. I will continue to count on them for help with my sewing machines. (Plus, they are very nice folks!)
RecommendedThe best place for service and for buying machines and supplies. When I retired I bought two machines: an embroidery sewing machine and a serger. Years later I upgraded to the latest models of each, getting great pricing and nice trade-in discounts. And most recently, we were able to get a very nice machine for our granddaughter as a wedding gift. Always plenty of classes and clubs available to grow and challenge your sewing creativity.
RecommendedI think Montavilla is the greatest ever. They always take time to fix your problem..sometimes on the spot and you don’t even have to leave it if repair is simple enough. The technicians are all the greatest. Especially Steve! I have bought two very expensive machines there and have had the best service a store can possibly give!
RecommendedI have done business with Montavilla Sewing Centers for over 20 years. I always get great customer service. I walk out of the store feeling I have been helped by friends who care about me. The quality of their products can't be beat. I won't do business with any one else for my sewing needs or classes, etc. Their class instructors or top of the line. Their staff is always very friendly and efficient and know me by name.

They offer top quality products in a huge variety, free lessons on the machine you purchase from them, accessories, software and even a wide range of classes. There is something for everyone here! They were patient when it took me 3 trips in to decide which serger I wanted to buy ... no pressure, just answered every question and showed me how everything works. I'm a loyal customer for life!
