RecommendedExtremely helpful, knowledgeable staff that love their work, and it shows! They offer top quality products in a huge variety, free lessons on the machine you purchase from them, accessories, software and even a wide range of classes. There is something for everyone here! They were patient when it took me 3 trips in to decide which serger I wanted to buy ... no pressure, just answered every question and showed me how everything works. I'm a loyal customer for life!

Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. Got a question? If they don't know the answer, they will find it! Repair staff are top notch! I have been going to Montavilla for my sewing needs for over thirty years. Every sewing machine I have owned ( ooo lots!) I have purchased there.Good classes with knowledgable teachers. My first and only recommendation to anyone that wants to buy a first machine or upgrade.

I’ve been a customer for thirty years or more, because I always get excellent service, and can work with skilled and friendly employees who really know their machines. This is a family owned store and they have high values of customer satisfaction that show in the classes and support they offer, and their terrific service department. I’d recommend them without reservation.
I have been a Montavilla customer for my entire adult life - and I'm 66 years old now. I would never think to buy a machine anywhere else. they excel at customer service and stand behind their products. their customer service and service on machines is outstanding. Not only does Montavilla have the best prices in our area, which they pass on to customers, the entire team acts as though they each and everyone wrote the book on Customer Service! I cannot praise their people skills enough. I recently bought my new Pfaff from Montavilla, which was $900 less than the local store in my area. Their customer service far surpassed all other sewing/fabric stores where I have shopped! Why can't other sewing specialty stores treat us customers like we're important?
Montavilla Sewing is the best. I have always been met by employees with a smile and a helpful attitude. I’ve never had to wait long for customer service. I love the many quilt samples around the store and the various classes and events they offer. I belong to two clubs there and enjoy each one every month. Thanks Montavilla and staff for a great job.
