II BROUGHT IN 2 MACHINES TO BE WORKED ON WITH A SHORT NOTICE BOTH WERE DONE ON TIME. MY BACK UP SEWING MACHINE HAS NEVER WORKED BETTER. PREVIOUSLY I HAD IT WORKED ON BY TWO DIFFERENT SHOPS CLOSE TO MY HOME IN CRESCENT CITY BUT WAS TOLD THAT THE MACHINE IS JUST NOT GOOD. WELL I THANK YOU AS MY BACKUP MACHINE NOW WORKS LIKE BRAND NEW THANK YOU 🤩 ALSO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have been involved with the Serger and Embroidery clubs for a few years and have enjoyed it immensely. Recommend Montavilla Sewing Centers for novice and expert sewers.

My husband Greg and I love Montavilla. Brett and Jason have been exceptionally nice. They have gone out of their way to help us in one type of problem or another. Greg began sewing in his mid 60's and has received friendly/professional care in class, purchase and repair. We have purchased several new and used machines and accessories from Montavilla. If you want to sew, buy a machine here and get the training and support you need. Great company and superior staff. Thank you to everyone.
