The staff listened to my problems with my machine, took notes and even brought out the OG to get his input. They were able to fix problems my previous repair guy was unable to resolve. Turnaround was sooner than expected and I was not shocked at payment time. They are now the annual service guys for my Janome Beast !!!!!
I’ve been sewing for over 50 years and I will drive almost 2 hours, both ways, to shop at Montavilla Sewing Center on Stark. I do it because of the deep selection of machines and brands, and the personal service I receive every time I walk in the door. I really appreciate that they aren’t ‘stuck’ on one brand of machine for every need and will suggest whatever machine is the best for what I’m looking to sew. I trust the folks at Montavilla and recommend them without reservation.
The best part of Montavilla Sewing center is the customer service. Our favorite person is>>>>>>> all of them. I love to go to the tech parties and learn about the new machines. I always like to try and win something. If you have a question or don't know how to do something, they will not only tell you how, but show you how. I have enjoyed all the workshops and support from Montavilla Sewing Centers. The staff is so helpful and makes me feel like family. I have bought my Babylock machines at Montavilla and they have serviced my machines to keep them in tip top shape.
I love Montavilla Sewing Centers! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have purchased several Machines from them and always got a great deal on them. Anytime I have a sewing or embroidery question, I know I can call and find a person with knowledge on the subject. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have used Montavilla since at least 1990!! They always take care of me. Keep my machines is great condition. Love all the special events they organize. I utilize all their stores. Montavilla has been my partner in sewing and quilting for over 25 years. I sew crafts, clothes, costumes and quilt. I do just about everything. That has required me to have multiple machines because one machine is never enough!
