I wanted to make face masks but I gave my sewing machine to my daughter before I moved here 2 years ago and didn't think I would need a machine anymore. I looked online to find a business that had machines locally. I visited and was amazed at all the machines available and bought one at a very reasonable price. RecommendedAs a long time sewer, but totally new to quilting, I was frustrated that the quilting free motion feet that came with my Skyline7 would not fit no matter what I did. So, even though it was a couple years since I purchased the machine I decided to take the feet into the Gresham store and see what they went to, and purchase ones for Janome. RecommendedI love Montavilla Sewing Centers! I bought my first serger and embroidery machines from them. I have upgraded my machines and always buy from Montavilla. I love the free classes so I can gain confidence in using my machines. They have been great at servicing my machines too. I live on the coast and they are so kind to let me bring my machine in for servicing and getting it back quickly. Montavilla is the only store I need to meet all my sewing needs!
Recommendedvery knowledgeable and helpful staff! I had several questions about my new machine that I couldn't figure out from the manual. A quick phone call answered them. Excited for my lessons, once they can provide when allowed due to Covid19 restrictions.
