RecommendedI've been a customer of Montavilla Sewing since 2009. I've made a few in-person visits, but most of my dealings have been through phone. Customer service is absolutely superb, specifically Theresa. I've also had many dealings with Jason - always helpful and professional (Brett too!).
Been shopping at Montavilla since 1995 and always got good service and a fair price.

I appreciate the warm customer service!! I am always greeted by name and treated as though my needs are the most important at that time. Whether it is a machine problem (with Gary or Nathan, a sewing problem (like choosing fabrics/ colors or designs with Holly or Natalia) or a software problem ( with Mark)..I get fast, efficient and thoughtful service! I greatly appreciate the staff!! Thank you for being there.
