I was looking for a used serger and emailed for information. Aletha responded quickly with a variety of options and helped me determine what would work best with my budget. She responded to all of my messages quickly and was super helpful - plus I get a free year of lessons!!

this place is the only place my mom lets me take her to get all of her sewing needs. the location is easy to get to and from and the staff is always friendly. ps thank you Laura for the extra help you saw me struggling with not knowing what mom wanted and didn't make me feel embarrassed for not knowing basically anything about sewing
I took my Janome in today... on Black Friday! You were very busy! Wendy Mathews was my life saver! I was in the middle of Xmas projects and started having tension issues. Wendy sat down sewed, made an adjustment an boom! It was fixed. Thank you so much Wendy! You rock!!!
