Friendly and competitive...they stand behind their products and go the extra mile when needed. I had repeated issues with a machine for over a year and Finally, at my suggestion, they did replace the machine and there was no hassle. This was my second purchase from them in about 6 years (I decided to upgrade) and if I decide to upgrade again, I’ll go back.

RecommendedI have brought several machines from Montavilla. The staff is amazing especially Alentha Peyton and very helpful. Any issues I have had were resolved and they made me feel like family. I wouldn't buy a machine from anywhere else. Montavilla is my favorite place to buy my sewing supplies also. Keep up the good works Ladies and Gents.
