In short, the workers at the Xenia, Ohio, location are inept, the money-back guarantee is a bait-and-switch, and service from corporate is useless. Do NOT use Tire Choice! They completely destroyed the dash in my car. Their insurance company accepted responsibility, but they refuse to refund the $146.43 "diagnostic fee" that they forced my son to pay to have the car released and towed to an actual, professional repair shop. They think they "diagnosed" my car by ripping the dash from the car forcibly! This occurred at the Estero, FL location, but based on their poor attempt at customer service, I encourage you not to use ANY location for any purpose.

Horrible customer service. I had an appointment time to get my oil changed and inspection complete at 10a. I get there and the guy tells me “appointments are misleading”. It’s going to be awhile. Why doesn’t it say that on their web page? Why didn’t they say that when I call to schedule an appointment? I would’ve picked earlier or took my business else where. So now an hour later and my car has not been serviced yet. I didn’t prepare to drop my car off and leave it because I had an appointment! Never again with this company.

Tire Choice on St James Avenue in Goose Creek Sc Failed 3 times to diagnose a ball join issue after replacing struts. Told me all the noise (which wasn't there before) was "old parts rubbing on new parts". Well three times my wife asked them to check and they just said we can grease it but its safe. My wife even ask'ed for a quote and the guy said its about $600 and did she want to spend that just because of an annoying noise.. This is review for Mr. Tire, 45591 Dulles Eastern Plaza Suite 115, Sterling, VA 20166: Second opinion advisable when dealing with this business: I took a truck tire into this location with a screw in it for repair. They would not repair it because they said the tire tread on it was too low to pass inspection. Further they said that the tread wear suggested that the truck also needed an alignment. I went in to get a tune up due to a misfire issue. They changed my spark plugs without telling me before they did it that my spark plugs weren’t the problem. I contacted ******** where they received my plugs from and come to find out tire choice over charged me $430 just to change 6 spark plugs. The *** dealership doesn’t even charge that much. They went above and beyond in their service when they helped us, after learning our plight, by doing a last-minute vehicle inspection for us after they had technically closed for the day. They willingly stayed late, were very polite and professional, helpful and honest, and were very timely in giving us a thorough review of a car we were hoping to purchase.

This place took advantage of my 82 year old mother. She broke down across the street from MR. Tire on Airport Road in Wilson. She was told she needed a starter. The place pushed her car into the lot and charged her $50 for a tow truck service. They then told her she needed a starter. They charged her $39 to throw out her old starter. $520 later she pulled out and made it 4 blocks and broke down again. This time they told her she needed and new battery and Alternator. Yesterday, I dropped my car off to get a taillight fuse fixed and came back to a big chip on the drivers side door of my car. When I went in to ask the employee about he said four different guys had been working on my car and it couldn’t have been the car lift. He also said there’s no way it could have been any of the tools they had inside the garage which made zero sense at all.
