I ASKED A PRICE FOR FRONT ROTORS AND BRAKE PADS FOR MY 2016 **** ******* AT TRANSIT RD LOCKPORT NEW YORK LOCATION ON AM OF MAY 1ST 21 , WAS TOLD $ 498 PER AXLE. HAD THE EXACT JOB DONE A FEW MINUTES LATER AT ***** ***** *** ****A BIT NORTH OF THEM. I INFORMED EVERYONE IN THE WAITING ROOM PLUS COUNTER PEOPLE OF THIS! MUST BE MANY GULLIBLE PEOPLE OUT THERE, REAL SHAME THEY DO THIS KINDA THING! WATCH OUT FOR MONROE MUFFLER AND BRAKE ON TRANSIT IN LOCKPORT NEW YORK! .

Monroes, Mr. Tire, or Tire Choice actually is probably one of the worst corporate mechanic shops ever seen. I would not have given even one??! To start off my wife was harrased and discriminated against by the top manager of the 1st shop we attempted to build a relationship with, as we know sediments roll down as the head is usually a reflection of the tail vice versa, after the discrimination of course we didnt go back choosing instead to drive 40 miles (at this time we have a drivecard) and the vehicle needs emergency serv... read more

No one was wearing a mask. I asked one of the employees “do you guys were masks?” And he said “we do” while NOT wearing a mask. NONE of the employees I saw there had a mask on, not even the ones who were customer facing

Bad experience at: Mr. Tire Auto Centers Laurel Maryland & Waldorf MD locations I was told at the Laurel Maryland location I needed a new tire in which I purchased and all I needed was a new TPMS sensor. I could have saved money but I was mislead and taken advantage of. The actual problem was identified at the Mr. Tire in Waldorf MD. However, the Waldorf location failed to fix the problem because it was closed to closing and the mechanic made it clear that he was leaving on time. ALMOSTED SCAMED at the 10055 Page Ave, Overland, MO LOCATION! THE AFRICAN AMERICAN MALE MANAGER WITH LOCS IS SCAMMING PPL AND TRIED TO STEAL MY TIRES!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! I left my car overnight at the Stone Road location for an Inspection and oil change. No one ever called to tell me my car was finished. When I went to pick my car up no inspection had been done. I told the guy at the counter that an inspection was my main reason for bringing my car in the first place and he told me that I was wrong and never requested it in the first place but I could make an appointment for another day. My breaks went out on me while I was driving to work the other day. My dash indicated I was low on break fluid. I added more, and it leaked out again. I took it to Mr. Tire in Mansfield Ohio on Park ave. They were busy so I had to leave it. Later that day I revived a call informing me both front and back breaks, and rotors were shot. Also my break caliber needed replaced. I was quoted $1200 for all the replacements. They said they wouldn’t be charging me labor. Free Service #1534 in Boones Creek TN.....They broke center caps when rotating tires. Blamed previous shop for installing caps wrong. Problem is, they were the previous shop. Refused to own mistake, implied I was lying, and told me to "get the **** out of his hop" after I told him he was full of ****. Terrible service, rude and incompetent workers. Terrible experience. I witnessed a manager named Victor at the Harrisonburg, VA location of Mr. Tire scream profanities and shove an employee named Lyle. That was totally uncalled for and the young man was reduced to tears and left. No employee should be verbally and physically assaulted in that manner. Lyle was nothing but respectful and courteous to me and I was so horrified that a manager would talk like that to a subordinate out in the open in front of the public and coworkers like that.
