I went and got an oil change from Munroe and the same day my check engine light came on. I though maybe the computer was not reset and waited since the place was closed. Quickly my engine overheated and I discovered a leak in my coolant. I took it back knowing something was done by the mechanic I was told the water pump was cracked but it couldnt have been their fault. They tried to charge me almost 1200.00. The Monro Muffler in Titusville PA should be avoided. Currently doing repairs unqualified to perform and charging ace-mechanic fees.for it. Corporate Customer Service is lackluster at best.

The Mr. Tire location at 718 Cady Dr in Fort Washington serviced my son’s call 05/20/21. It went in for a flat tire and alignment. They replaced the tire abs did not do the alignment but released the car to my son and charged him fir both services. He returned abs told them it was still pulling, the front desk told him the alignment was not done because the master technician had left even though they released the car to my son. On 4/1/21 I went to the Mr. Tire on Reisterstown Road in Owings Mills, Maryland. My car was having starting issues and I thought it might be the battery. My car in only 4 years old and this should not have been an issue. After checking my battery I was told that it was the alternator and that they could re-charge the battery and replace the alternator. Tire choice 4224 Gunn highway Tampa fl. Went in for high mileage oil change Bc I drive far for work. Told me my battery was almost dead even though I bought 3 months ago from ***** ****. They told me how ***** **** sells bad batteries all the time. Then told me they wouldn’t rotate my tires Bc I need my struts replaced totaling $800 but don’t worry I’d get a discount. Shameful. I am giving this establishment ZERO stars! 2175 Noblestown Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15205 My daughter was visiting PA, from OH, with friends when she had an accident with a curb and popped her tire. AAA towed to this shop who 'claims' to have done $900 in repairs. However, when she and the car were back home, and still having issues, we took it to our shop we have used for 20 years. I bought 4 tires at Tire Choice in October 2016 and I paid 150 dollars for each tire and paid extra money for the road hazard warranty. Two tires blew 2 months later and I had to pay full price for 2 that were 300 dollars. The tires were brand new 100,000 mile warranty tires but they still didn't want to give me free tires. 2 more tires blew 3 months later. A year later and I had to buy 2 more tires for 300 bucks. Went in for an Oil change at Mr Tire located at 9435 Baltimore National Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21042 and they tried to scam me. They made repairs i did not authorize and gave me a a $1250 bill. Even after they took off the parts they wanted me to pay for labor off $500. The District manager refused to talk to me and the stor manager refused to play back the recorded call. I will never recommed any one to this location
