They took my car in to replace the starter, charged me $500 for them to only mess up my transmission and get stuck on the side of the road two days after. Worst place I’ve ever brought my car into and now they’re trying to charge me more for fixing the transmission that THEY messed up!!

I purchased tires because I was offered a 300 rebate if I got approved for a drive wise card. My tires were purchased December 28 2020. Well it is now march 30 2021. I've called the rebate number numerous times. Talked to supervisors. Nothing has changed it is still pending. All my paperwork and proof has been verified but still no money has been sent out. I'm beyond furious now!!!!! I shouldn't have to call every single day and complain. I have even called corporate office and left a message. Take your tires back I'll go so... read more

I had an 8am appointment on 3/17 to have my brakes changed at the Monroe’s in Bridgeport, WV. I made the appointment 2 weeks prior to this date. I dropped my car off at 7:45am and was assured the work would be done. I returned at 4:45pm to find that the work not not yet been started. I brought my wife's ******* ****into the Monro Muffler Brake shop in Hornell NY on Sunday, February 21 with a bad front brake caliper that was leaking and needed replacing. The brake pads, calipers and rotors on both front wheels were not worn as they had been recently replaced 05/27/2020 by ******** Service in Hornell for $524.83 with tax. paid for oil change and tire rotation marked tire beforehand. they didn't rotate tires and tried to give some b.s on why they didn't. This is the 2nd time they tried to punk me. while back they tried to charge $800.00 for tie rods on truck with only 40. 000 miles when it was only a broke/n belt in tire

This concerns Tire Choice on Whipp Road in Centerville/Washington Twp., Ohio and the corporate office. After having new tires installed January 2021, one fell off as I was driving home. Besides the obvious safety issue and damage to my car, I had to walk staff through every step of the process to get a rental and have my car towed to a dealership. The way how the lies & scares the customers with the SAFETY Check They scares you with a lot of things that it’s not safety for you and the truth it’s not it’s just the way to get to your wallet. The quality of the product that they use is triple. And they start with Air filter no good then Brake flash & coolants flash & alignment & control arms and so on, sorry but that isn’t true.
