2/13, I went to Monroe to have my power steering pump replaced. After dropping my family off at the buffet I showed up to begin service at 1:50 pm (2pm appointment). The 2 hr job took 4 hrs. Fortunately the manager seen that it was not safe for me to depart with my vehicle based upon things not lining up. They took my family and I home, and communicated with me to bring me back to the shop when finished the next day. I called them the next morning and asked if my vehicle could just be brought to me. Came in and they tried to charge me $300+ over the quoted price for tires. After waiting 2 hours they still hadn't even touched my tires after telling me it would be done within an hour and a half. I decided to get my car and leave to get tires elsewhere only to find they blew my driver's side speaker too!

Had my oil changed and was charged almost double from the last time... emailed customer service twice with no response...beware...they seem to charge what they want and don't respond to any inquires...won't be going back...

Drove my car in to have minor preventative maintenance. Spark plugs. Had to tow my car out after they damaged my car. Charged me 1600. The worse experience in my life.

Left disgusted with the service. Fraudulently charge for services not rendered and charged for services I asked for that were not done completely. Sent two e-mails with no response. Posted a google review which was responded to within hours giving a generic response with no resolution. Called customer service (had to search through the bad google reviews to find them) and still offered no resolution. My recent repair at this location destroyed my car, possibly for good. On Thursday, October 29th, I took my **** ******** to this location for repairs. I’ve been to this location before, and Mariano and his team made this the worst experience I’ve ever had. I picked up my car on Saturday, October 31st , drove it 7 blocks home, and didn’t touch the car again until Monday morning. Review for 4690 Lake Worth Rd, Greenacres, FL. They completely SCAMMED me. I went and bought two new rear tires and had them put on. About 45 minutes later I go to pay and its $200 more than I expected. So i ask why. Salesperson tells me its for an alignment and other road hazard extras. I tell him I never agreed to that and he just goes on to tell me what an alignment is and how its necessary. Now the worse part is...they didn't even do the alignment!! These guys installed my new struts all around on my wife’s car back in June 2020. The install was not done correctly and parts remained loose when I got home. I took the car back the same day and they tightened up my lower control arms and said they verified everything else was good to go.
