I was going through my elderly mothers car records and found a receipt for Monro on Tremont Rd. in Columbus that charged her $5000 for unnecessary repairs to a ****** van with 100K miles on it. They gouged her for a "corroded" steering rack on a Florida car that hasn't seen an Ohio winter. They replaced the lower control arms, brake drums/rotors, pads, struts, shocks, tie rod ends, and stabilizer link. I had a flat tire Sunday, May 4 and pulled over to the nearest parking lot, a body shop. The owner came out and told me Monroe Muffler was a block away and thought they sold tires and were open on Sunday, to I hobbled my car to Monroe only to find them closed. I called roadside assistance to change the tire and after they arrived, the proprietor showed up to mow the lawn and asked what was the problem. This company baits you in with cheap advertised prices but adds all kind of fees so the $19.99 oil change with the $2,90 oil disposal fee + a shop supply fee of $4.25 is $27.50 + tax

EARL DOESN'T CARE THAT HE IS SENDING A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER OUT TO CARE FOR VERY SICK PEOPLE IN THEIR HOMES ON A BROKEN WHEEL!! Keystone location. I honestly have never written a negative review only positive however I am driven by poor response and downright disregard by Earl for neglecting to take care of a problem caused by Tire Choice. When they rotated the tires on my vehicle last Sunday they broke a stud. Earl told my husband to return on Wednesday morning and they would fix it within 30 to 45 minutes. I took my car in for a tire change. My car had specialized tire caps that say **** on them... very easy to notice. Once I got home I noticed all caps were BLACK. I called them back immediately and the Manager put me on hold and asked the technician. He told the manager he wouldn't STEAL my tire caps... but he did. I know for a FACT they were all on there.. Don't get your car repaired there without being prepared that you will end up missing something out of your car
