I’ve been to this location several times. The previous manager was always nice and helpful. Management changed. I took my car for an oil change. Three miles after leaving my engine broke. I had the car towed to my mechanic shop. The oil was dirty and at first my mechanic thought the filter was wrong because it didn’t match anything he was finding for my car. When I called the Monroe store the manager was rude and aggressive telling me he’d see me in court. Sounds like he’s familiar with being sued or Monro is! The mechanic w... read more

I had a terrible experience with tire choice just this last Friday. I don’t think they understand the computer system yet and it took an hour and a half to fix one nail in my tire when there was nobody before me. My hubcap was cracked when I left also. I’m waiting two days now for a response to the message I left from headquarters.

Omg!!!!! Someone broke in my Daughter's car while it was in the hands of Monroe Tire on Galbraith rd. In Cincinnati OHio They told her it was her responsibility to call the police and take care of it. How Dare them to take advantage of a young lady how dare them!!!!!!!!! How sad is this and the main Problem with Monroe Tire is I use to Lovvvve their work but I've sent quite a few friends there and lost Friendships because of their deceitful ways. Breaking things on the cars that wasn't broken how sad. I had them replace my b... read more

Absolutely horrible experience. Called on the 26th of February 2020 and spoke with Ryan and received an estimate for $180 for transmission flush and filter exchange ($120 fluid, $60 labor filter). Ryan insisted I bring my car in once I received my fiilter from *******. Before hanging up i asked Ryan if he needed my number to save the estimate and he said no we will be able to pull this up based on your vehicle model. I took my vehicle in on 6 March 2020 and I was told it would be $340. This was excessive and much higher than... read more

The Tire Choice *** Belcher Rd Clearwater Took my care to them for a Yaw Rate Sensor problem, was informed that it needed to be replaced. They did replace it and charged my credit card $650.00+. It did NOT CORRECT the problem and Tire Choice took no responsibility to correct the problem. I then took my car to another shop that replaced the same part for less money that did correct my Yaw Rate Sensor indication problem, VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH TIRE CHOICE.
