I took my car to this because I had a loud exhaust. The person that I spoke with named Steve told me that my catalytic converter needed to be replaced and told me that the cost of the part was $1,500 and that it would cost more if he had to drill the bolts out to remove the old one. Additionally, when I told him that I wanted my old catalytic converter put in the trunk he told me that it would have to be sent to the factory for warranty purposes. My wife went to the Mr. Tire store at 1712 East Highway 54, Durham 27713 at the advice of a friend. She asked for an oil change and courtesy inspection. The mechanic informed her that she needed new air filters for the engine and cabin. She agreed to the filters since the friend indicated that the store was reliable and reasonable. When I heard about the air filters, I was quite surprised, since air filters do not need changing frequently. Horrible! We purchased a lifetime breaks and rotors package and they will not honor it. Basically they said we were lied to by their employees and there was nothing they could do about it. I also had my tire lock up in the past because they didn’t tighten the lug nuts when I got new tires. I drive my kids daily and was stranded on the side of a country road.

If I could give zero stars, that would be my top choice. This company did a jacked up alignment job on my car and didnt disclose potential hazardous findings in their "pre-inspection". Tried to get me to pay for part servicing that wasn't even broken. I will continue to inform every one I encounter that Tire Choice does shady business and doesn't provide good service nor repairs. Their corporate staff is just as unprofessional as the techs.

Went in to have my brakes checked out and get an alignment done. My car was veering to the left and had a little bit of vibration in the brake pedal when pressed. They came back and told me that my rotors and pads were fine and they did my alignment for me. When I left and pressed the brakes the whole car shakes now and another mechanic told me I have a warped rotor. I received my car back in worse condition than it was.
