Went in to have my brakes checked out and get an alignment done. My car was veering to the left and had a little bit of vibration in the brake pedal when pressed. They came back and told me that my rotors and pads were fine and they did my alignment for me. When I left and pressed the brakes the whole car shakes now and another mechanic told me I have a warped rotor. I received my car back in worse condition than it was. I took my **** in to get inspected this past weekend, it was just at the dealership a week prior and they told me I needed new tires so I got new tires put on and decided to go to Monroe in Bridgeville because it was close and they could fit me in sooner. I get there at 10 am and the manager tells me I am late and should of been there at 8. My appointment was for 10 am. I know that for a fact. They take my **** back and the mechanic comes in and tells me I need all new brakes and rotors, I s... read more

Tried to scam me. Told me my strut mounts needed replaced and they didn’t. Got new tires in November 2018. I was told my new tires were being rotated with oil changes and they were not so now tires in bad shape. Manager David called me a liar about strut mount estimate in front of other customers. Contacted customer service about attempted scam and behavior of management, they seemed unconcerned

10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Went in two Fridays ago for an oil leak. They put dye in the oil to see leaking area. Turned out the hose was not connected correctly and the belt saturated with oil. Needed fixed but not that day. Go next day, they said they fixed the hose leak, replaced belt, I was good to go. Next day, there was still oil leaking, so I called them and they told me to bring it back. I go back - for the umpteenth time - they tell me that it is not leaking oil, that that problem was fixed, but now the power steerin... read more

Sep 28th 2018, I had my rear brakes checked at Monroe Repair Shop #7062261 as they were grinding. I ended up paying $860.72 for a brake system flush, Ceramic brake pads, brake rotors an installation, reman calipers and surface preparation product cleaners and lubricants, total rear brakes. A week prior I had the same service performed at Lia Honda for $600. November 10th 2019 I was driving my car and approaching a red light.
