Had a blowout on I-95 and limped in on an old spare. Called Tread Quarters/Mr Tire and they said they would squeeze me in. Price on two tires was good. Review of the structural damage was very helpful and eased concern. Service was excellent! Highly recommend this company in Williamsburg.
had wiper motor replaced 5 months ago and the replacement started having problems took car to Monroe to check motor and oil change after looking up how to solve problem online which said bad moto rmechanic said motor was fine and wiring had a short and to take it to an analist.paid $75 and told it was the motor also had a missing coolant cap
This location uses fraudulent business practices and should be avoided at all cost. After submitting a detailed report to corporate, I must assume that this practice is a corporate wide practice because of their lack of response to my complaint. They tried to scam an old man for saying he needed all new brakes. I will file with the PA AG office with the detailed report. I had used them for years with no problem, now it has changed.
I truly enjoy going to a place that makes you feel like family. I took my truck in for service its nice knowing the manager Andi called me by name as soon as I walked in the store. I would recommend Mr. Tires of New Bern to everyone. Great thing about the place is it is centrally located so you really don’t have to wait for service you have the Mall across the street and it has four restaurants around it. I couldn't give them 0 stars or I would have. I purchased 4 ******** ***** ****55,000 tires from Mr. Tire in Stow, Ohio in July 2016. In May 2018 at 26,872 miles, the tires needed to be replaced. They lasted less than half of what they should have. The tires were rotated every 7,000 miles per the original salesman, and the wear on the tires was perfectly even across the width of all 4 tires (per ******** the next day). My fiance went to Monroe located at **** ****** ***** ***** ******** ** ***** ************* for an oil change. Oil changes are $14.99, she has a ********** ***. They told her that her car only uses synthetic oil and would cost her $89 before taxes. Her car uses the standard oil that costs $14.99 as advertised on their sign. Walked in for a quote with my wife and the guy in front desk did not even look at us or say anything. Me being a nice guy i give him about 10_15 min and still this guy acts as if he cant see us standing there in front of him. The guy is not busy and is not on a phone. I walked out and will never give these poeple my business.
I want to share an auto repair experience I had today in hopes that it will help others. Late last night driving home I hit a large bump and all of a sudden the exhaust got very loud. I stopped and looked under the car and part of the exhaust pipe broke at the flexible coupling in front of the muffler.
