In past 6 years, I went to local Mr. Tire and Monroe for my vehicle services. They are located in Solon, Ohio. Two years ago, my wife' 30,000 mpg SUV local made noise and I went to Monor and they replaced the two rear brakes. This place is awful. My pregnant wife was in an emergency situation and they tried to take advantage of her. She stopped at the nearby ********'s in Johnstown when she saw one of her tires smoking and saw this place was close, so she took it there. They told her she needed new brakes and other repairs to both sides of her vehicle even though only one was damaged. They then gave her a quote that was hundreds of dollars more than it should have been. When we called them out on it, they quickly dropped the price to what it shou... read more

I took my 2005 ********* ******** to Monroe Muffler in Joh shown, PA for state inspection and oil change in June 2019. They reported to me that in order to pass inspection, the vehicle needed front tires (which I was expecting), front brakes and rotors, and rear shocks. I was surprised at the brakes and shocks as the vehicle gave me no indication of wear and tear when I drove it. I okayed the tire replacement and shock repair but declined the brakes as I am able to do that work myself for much less cost. They did the authori... read more

Don't go to Mr. Tire 1351 Blackwood- Clementon Rd Clementon, NJ 08021. Very Shady Business!! Long story short, I paid for services I never received also they took a new part off my car that belonged to me. I took my car on a Saturday I paid for a diagnostic test, parts and labor related to the issue at hand and by Monday I had to bring my car back cause the problem still existed. They wanted to charge me again for another diagnostic test & for a new part that already was on my car prior to Saturday. I notified Corporate, BBB... read more

BEWARE – Fraud, Deception and Careless Business Practices. I made the horrible mistake of taking my vehicle to Monro Store # 462 in North Olmsted, Ohio for suspension repair and an oil change. I asked the store manager for good quality shocks to be installed. Instead, Monro installed the cheapest shocks they could find. - Shock Part # 5672. I complained about ride comfort.
