I have been a customer of Monro Muffler for at least 35 years. I can tell you with certainty I will NEVER step foot in One again and I can assure you my family will not either. My 20 year old daughter took our 2004 in for a ROUTINE oil change. When it was done, we needed a new engine. Neither Monro Muffler or there insured, Travelers, could give a reasonable explanation as to how the damage occurred. Their quote was; “there is no proof Monro did anything wrong”. The manager Tim is a racist! My car had to go back there 3 to 4 times and they still did not get it right I've seen videos and heard statements about Tim's racist comments and did not want to believe because my car was i his hands, but now I believe because my car is still not fixed and is worse I've put over $2000 in this car at the mechanic shop now I know that people of color should not go to the shop to get any work done on their vehicles

Was visiting Mt Vernon OH from New York to visit my father who was ailing in a nursing home in Mt Vernon. During the trip over, in the mist of bitter cold and snow, the heater in my Yukon went out. Jim W***** and his staff at Monro worked on it for hours on my truck but could not find a cause. They did not charge me. More importantly Jim as extremely kind, flexible and gracious. Is everybody on Ohio like this. Maybe I'll move out.

Great new friendly staff with excellent customer service. Michael, Keith and Josh went above and beyond to accommodate my needs as well as provided excellent service on my vehicle in addition to offering great competitive price and complete explanations of the best and most economical solution for my braking needs. Highly recommend. They continue to earn my business year after year due their honesty of repairs needed as well as beating the competition on cost.
