Oil Change---Stay away from TireChoice next to the Winn- Dixie I went in Thursday for the 19.99 oil change they have advertised. What a shady operation. First they tried to upsell me on oil that my truck doesnt call for. Sythetic or a Blend......Then after the oil change was done I asked if they checked the fluids and tire pressure. He said its part of their inspection they do. To make a long story short I made him check all before I left. Tires were all low by 5lbs and windshield washer fluid was near empty. I've been going to Monro for years, but the past few times I've had an oil change I've had to return to the store to have them turn off the maintenance light. Tire rotation used to be included, but they now charge. The maintenance light was not shut off again and tire rotation was not completed. I had a flat tire on the front passenger side recently. When I picked up my car, the odd tire was still on the passenger side front. Ashley Meese the 'manager' did not offer an apology when I returned. She said they could not give me... read more

I had been taking my car to Monro for a few years and never had a problem. I took it late last fall for an oil change. I had to get an alignment check (I purchased a lifetime alignment) in February at ********* and so while there I decided to have them change the oil. I was then informed that the oil plug had been either overtightened or cross-threaded. I immediately called Monro and got the manager Mark on the phone. I went to the Monro/Muffler in Bethel Park, PA and damn! Customer service wasn't horrible until after my engine started spitting out big white smoke. First of all, I went there to get my coolant checked. My car shut down on me in the middle of an intersection and I know it was because it overheated. Coolant tube had a pretty big leak in it. $600!!!!!!! To take the intake manifold and change the tube out. Jesus!!! The replaceable parts shouldn't have been that expensive. Next, they tell me it's good to go and it ran for more ... read more

Mr. Tire in NewCastle, De deserves a zero but it wasn't a choice. I bought my eighteen year old granddaughter a set of four tires in June 2018 for her birthday. I also purchased the lifetime install warranty package. She had a flat twice went back they gave her a small prorated fee to replace first one, second one was repaired, no problem.
