I had a bad experience at the Bel Air south Mr. Tire where they broke my wheel lock without telling me. I took my vehicle to the Parkville location because they were able to pick up a tire for me the next day and squeeze me in (they even stayed later than expected) and the manager John, informed me of the issue. John was AMAZING in the process and made sure that I had safe options of getting hom in case they couldn't get the wheel off, had a follow up plan to get everything remedied, and insisted that he "take care of me" on... read more

I took my car to a tire shop owned by Monro Muffler Brake in April. I was told when I arrived I needed 4 new tires, struts and shocks and that this service would just take a couple of hours. No other issues with the car when it arrived. After two days and tons of back and forth the shop had broken the axel, control arms, tie rod, speed sensor, cracked the windshield and messed up my brakes. No other issues with the car when it arrived. I took my car in for state inspection and to repair a broken mirror and tail light. I was quoted 2 hours on the phone. NO written estimate, the estimate was given to me over the phone and then when I checked in again "A couple of hours to do this". 22 minutes later, the inspection was done, all items repaired. I was charged $120 labor, I asked for my bill to be corrected for the overcharge. The manager said, "just because my tech is talented and did the installation fast doesn't mean I have to charge you the amount of time h... read more

I am female and 75. Took to Monroe Muffler on West 26th St. in Erie, PA. Got oil change and tire rotation. Was told front brakes needed replacing soon. Got estimate for new brakes and for brakes and rotors. Didn't have time then to have work done. Took it somewhere else and guess what!!!!!!. front brakes were at 75%. Am done with them and you can believe I will be telling lots of people about this. Was not really surprised to hear from some of them that this is not a new story with Monroe Muffler.

In past 6 years, I went to local Mr. Tire and Monroe for my vehicle services. They are located in Solon, Ohio. Two years ago, my wife' 30,000 mpg SUV local made noise and I went to Monor and they replaced the two rear brakes.
