I've never reviewed anything before today. I have to express my extreme gratitude to everyone at MN Pets and specifically Dr. Mary for their incredible gentleness and professionalism. Thank you for making this transition calm and peaceful, for both me and my baby.
We just had to put our sweet cat, Doza, to sleep today. I'm sorry that I don't remember the names of the people who came, but they were so kind and compassionate and especially wonderful with our daughters. They walked us through the whole process and helped us talk about our favorite memories of Doza. If anyone is facing this difficult time, I would highly recommend MNPets.
Right now I am terribly sad, but MNPets and Dr. Melinda did a beautiful job. Melinda was so kind and helpful. I was happy that Daisy was given a sedative before the actual euthanasia. Last week was one of the saddest days of our lives. We had to say goodbye to our 13 year old Alaskan Malamute Tag. He was everything to us, and is missed beyond comprehension. Dr. Mary was so kind, and understanding. Thank you MN Pets for your service during a difficult time.
Two days ago we had to put our golden retriever, Summer Breeze, to sleep and Dr Heather came to our home. Summer passed away resting on the grass in her own yard with us right with her. Several neighbors stopped by to say goodbye and we shared stories of Summer's naughty antics. She was a pro at stealing food. We had to say goodbye to our 13 year old St.Bernard/Lab mix (Bernie) last week. It was so difficult to let go, as we loved him so much. To be able to let him pass in his favorite spot at home was beyond wonderful. Bernie was not nervous or filled with anxiety but instead calm and peaceful. We couldn't have been happier with Karen C. coming to our home to bring our Great Dane peace & comfort. She was just amazing at her job and made it much easier than we expected. She included our 5 year old son with taking Bella's paw print & was a so compassionate ❤️ These aren't easy calls to make but that you for making it a little less painful ❤️
My Jack was diagnosed with cancer in April. I made a promise to him that when it was time to say goodbye I would do it at home Mn Pets was so kind and compassionate helping me fulfill this promise. I can honestly say that it was so peaceful and I was able to know that Jack was treated so humanely
