I had to make the very difficult and emotional decision for my beloved Odin (mastiff/newfie mix). It had started out terrible on my end...had made an appointment with the vet but dear Odin couldn't get in the car as he was hurting. I was beside myself with what to do. Thank you for coming to our home and taking care of Dawson. This was a difficult day for all of us, but especially our 17-year-old son. Having a cat that he has known his whole life die is very distressing. When the Dr arrived and brought such a calming presence, it helped us all. She asked about special memories and moments and gave us time to process. She gave us plenty of time for closure before taking him away in a soft blanket and basket. Handled with the UTMOST class! Dr. Roni came to my friend Carlyn's home after her 11 year old pup, Rocky began losing his fight with lymphoma. Dr. Roni was wonderful and so kind. She spent time talking with him as we did. She gave us all the time in the world. Rocky gently went to sleep, leaving his struggling to right himself and the growing discomfort he was experiencing behind! So very thankful that this service and wonderful doctor came to us!
I highly recommend MN Pets services, so considerate and professional in a hard emotional time. Our dog Heidi went very peacefully in her own back yard.
